S. Spencer Hardy

Spencer Hardy is a transgender activist and advocate for the GLBT community in Massachusetts. As well as being a Board Member for The Friends, he works with Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition and is on the Massachusetts Commission for GLBT Youth. At 22 Spencer sees a bright future for himself as an activist striving to create change and better the lives of GLBT persons around the country and specifically youth in Massachusetts.

Spencer grew up on the South Shore and is a student at Berklee College of Music working to complete his studies as a Music Therapist. He plans to complete an internship in the field working specifically in early intervention for children living with special needs.
